Ripples Fountains recently worked with homeowners who simply
love to be outside. Whether it’s kitchen gardening, landscaping, or just
enjoying a cup of coffee in their small garden, this couple knows outdoors is
where it’s at.
This couple had a stamped concrete patio installed. Instead
of offering a peaceful area for relaxation this new outdoor living space was a
prime location for listening to the traffic noises from the highway.

Features To The Rescue
After doing some research, the couple found out that the
sound of running water was an ideal way to obscure the noise of traffic. But
with different options available, they weren’t sure what would suit them the
best. While looking for options they
discovered Ripples Fountains and the services they offer.
We discussed the many options and the idea of having
customized water features available with us. The couple then decided on our
Trickling Waterfall with Buddha Fountain. They also added an optional stream.
This design was a perfect fit for their wall in the yard. Although the fountain
couldn’t eliminate the noise of the traffic completely, due to its soothing
sound the traffic noise was no longer a problem.

We installed this fountain last season. Then the homeowners
had the delight of planting around the fountain. The homeowners are content
with the beauty and calming sounds of this new fountain installation. So
pleased that they now want us to add more water features to the house.
